Today's episode is a tale of woe about my lack of career experience when first started out. The advice I share in this video is something I wish someone had given me when I started working in software development. One of the first jobs I had after uni, I was given a 'two-week' task to completely refactor the whole of a large companies application process.
On reflection now, this task was impossible by that deadline, even with a team of 5 people. My failing in this situation was communication of the issues, well, more lack of communication with the business.
In this episode, I detail my experience and give you some advice to prevent you falling into the same trap
